A whole home air purification system helped with the smell

My nose can honestly play a significant role in my life.

No, it’s not abnormally big or weird looking or anything like that.

It’s just honestly super sensitive. I know I get it naturally. My Dad could smell a drag of a cigarette on me when I was in college. It was uncanny. However, it isn’t all that fun having an overactive olfactory system. Particularly when I am cooped up inside the house with the HVAC and dealing with this pandemic. I suppose there are far worse people who are dealing with a whole lot worse than me. At least I am able to work from the HVAC comfort of our home. However, that is where the sensitive sniffer comes in. I live in an area where the HVAC runs a considerable amount nearly 8 months of the year. To offset the utility costs for the HVAC, we keep the home tight. So, the air in the home is recycled over and over again. This leads to some bad smelling air. I had wanted a whole home air cleaner for this reason for years. However, I just couldn’t justify the costs. Well, the pandemic changed all of that. Once I learned that excellent air quality benefits my immune health, I was all about getting the whole home air cleaner. I suppose that I will be working from home for at least the next 7 or 8 months it appears. And, it might even become a permanent situation as well. So, it was self-explanatory now to justify the expense of the whole home air purifier. Not only is my indoor air quality levels now the best it can be, it smells like a mountain meadow in the house.
