Adding heated flooring to the bathroom?

I have gutted my bathroom down to the bare bones.

There is just plywood, studs and insulation showing.

It is very exciting getting the bathroom to that point and knowing I can do anything with it. I have a lot of grand plans and I have already begun buying things for the space. I have the new toilet and seat ready to be installed. I purchased a bathroom ventilation fan that has an LED light and a humidity control sensor. I just leave the fan on and once it finds moisture in the air quality, it begins running. I purchased my valve, trim kit and drain for the shower as well. It has put a dent in my finances but it will be worth it in the end. I am wondering if I want to add heated flooring. The cost will be quite a bit but in the end, it may be worth it. I already have the flooring ripped up. It would be easy to pick up the electric heated mats at the local hardware store. I then lay the mats on the cement board and then my new tile goes on top. I could have equal heating throughout my entire bathroom. It would be nice to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and have heated feet. My shower floor then would be heated as well since my room will all be one equal floor. I think it would be a really classy, nice touch. Is it worth all the extra money and time though?
