I have to say that I’m easily gleeful about the Summer. That’s not something that I’ve yet to feel since relocating to the land of the heat pump. Where I come from, the Summer is a nice reprieve from the frigid that dominated that temperature. When it came to Heating as well as A/C conversations, it was all about the heating as well as the gas boiler. The Summer was so pleasant that my partner as well as I only had a window cooling system device in our study room. And even then, my pal and I rarely had to use it. For sure, I was so blissful to be done with the gas boiler as well as five months of Winter. Moving down south was what my pal and I regularly had on our radar when it came to retiring! Once my pal and I replaced the residential Heating as well as A/C on the condo as well as sold it, my pal and I were pretty much committed to residing out our nights down south. But that almost didn’t happen as that first Summer just about made me pack up as well as head back north. I’m blissful that I didn’t though. This is our third Summer down here as well as I’ve pretty much got the hang of how to manage this level of heat as well as humidity. Still, I have been bummed out that my pal and I weren’t able to utilize the sunroom my pal and I have. That was a big part of us wanting this house. And my pal and I hated that for at least four months out of the year, it was just too boiling out there. This Summer, it will be weird because my pal and I now have a ductless heat pump out there. And that’s going to make all the difference for sure. With the cooling system on inside the sunroom, my pal and I haven’t even missed a beat. And it’s just glorious.
