I teach a night class at a substantial University.
I have taught in many classrooms, plus correctly the central a/c worked perfectly. However, last fall semester the central a/c in the classroom I was assigned to did not work well at all. My students always complained about how tepid it was in the classroom plus unluckyly I was not able to control the control component in the room. I also was not able to open the windows. I sent an email out to ask if I could either move classrooms or if an Heating plus A/C corporation that works with the University could come out plus check the a/c in my particular classroom. I particularly felt that I could not teach as well while perspiring. I also had to wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19, so wearing a mask while lecturing in a non air conditioned room was not the easiest thing to do for myself and others personally. I also felt particularly excruciating for my students, it is harder to learn when the temperature is not comfortable. I got an email back saying that the Heating plus A/C professionals would go out that month to check on the issue. I also got an email confirming that the Heating plus A/C professionals found the problem plus fixed it later in the week. I felt relieved plus hopeful that my classroom would be air conditioned plus my students plus myself would guess comfortable. When I went into the classroom, it still felt super tepid plus humid. I sent another email plus hoped that the Heating plus A/C techicians could come back to service the problem.
