The greater question at that time was absolutely whether my buddy and I wanted to stay put or sell. This had been on our minds the last couple of years as my buddy and I witnessed the value of our house skyrocket. And my buddy and I knew that my buddy and I might not see this sort of market later on. So selling the house was consistently a serious option. Our winter time weather is fairly mild so the radiant floor heating more than did the trick for us, then however, the a/c has proved to be amazing as well now that my buddy and I are into the Summer months.
