There was a house I was viewing and thinking about buying, although I obviously wanted to get a great look at it and learn about its condition.
While I was exploring around the home, I was made aware that it had HVAC issues.
Heating and Air Conditioning issues are something I can handle, and I actually have experience with Heating and Air Conditioning technology and Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. Furnace or air conditioning issues are no problem. However, after I did a brief inspection of the systems myself, I realized that this was not an issue of the air conditioning machine. When I found out it was actually an issue of the air duct needed to be repaired, I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford this home. It would be one thing if it was just holes in the air duct, but no, the air duct was completely messed up. This was actually bad, because air duct issues are known for being incredibly extravagant. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to buy this home, unless I was considering getting ductless air conditioning. I wasn’t willing to get ductless air conditioning, so I knew it was time to transport on. I was not surprised when months later, the house was still on the market. If the owners are hoping to sell the home, they will have to get the air duct repaired themselves, because that is just too much of an expense for all the people to take on. I plan on getting a house with central Heating and Air Conditioning, since that is our favorite system of heating and cooling.
