Expanding To New Location Meant My Spa Needed A New AC

Last year, I started a wellness spa in my hometown.

  • Our little city is a college town with a lot of potential clients.

This is one of the reasons I decided to go into this type of business. I rented a location for a while, but it was too small for my growing business. As I expanded my company, I purchased a commercial building in the heart of downtown. The building was in overall good shape but a few upgrades were needed. After putting a new roof on the building, I had a little money left over for other repairs. The next thing that really needed to be replaced was the air conditioner unit. It was old and outdated. I contacted an HVAC business near my hometown. This HVAC provider had done work for me in the past, so I knew they’ll do a good job. After speaking with the company and settling on a price, the HVAC work was scheduled to begin. The HVAC technician and other workers started tearing the old unit out. I was shocked to learn the air conditioner was more than 20 years old! The new heating and cooling unit went in without a hitch. It did not take them very long to have it up and running. Only two days had passed since they started the job and now it was complete. My new spa location was coming together quickly, thanks to the HVAC provider and all of their amazing workers! I knew this HVAC company was a good one, but I didn’t know just how quickly they could get a job done! They all worked together to make sure I was ready for my new launch.
