Good sleep with temperature control

My neighbor said she was tossing and turning the other night trying to sleep, however she didn’t sleep well because her room was too warm

The start of another day is on and I am feeling a bit better after going to sleep quite early. I feel the reason I slept better is I was off of my computer by 9pm, giving my body the time it needs to produce melatonin for sleep. They say online that you should be off the pc by 9pm because the body makes melatonin mostly from 9pm to 11pm and looking at PC screens during those hours impedes the body from making the sleep inducing chemical. It’s taxing in the Summer because I’m out later, however cooling down at loft earlier with my temperature control system gets my body in the restful period so I can sleep better. Some nights I play ball on the beach till almost 10pm and I’m too revved up to sleep until late at night. Running the a/c in my room before I go to bed is fantastic because cooling down the room like that helps me sleep a lot better. I like my little mini split cooling system system in my room and I am glad I made the trek down to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to buy it a couple months ago. Summer starts in less than two weeks and it is going to be really warm at night from now on, so having a fantastic little temperature control system in my room is key to a fantastic rest.
