This entire time I thought it was our heating component that was causing issues, but it was actually our air duct that had issues.
- So all of the times I had the HVAC specialists out, they weren’t finding anything wrong, and I was start to guess I had a dud.
Finally, one smart HVAC specialist decided to check further, and that is when the holes in the air duct were discovered. That was the issue, all of the heat that was supposed to be warming our home, was going outside instead, it was leaking out. Thankfully, it actually isn’t that hard to pack up the holes in air duct. The concern was finding a Heating and Air Conditioning business that did it for a cheap price. The location I was originally going with charged far too much, and so I did a search around me. Unfortunately, there are only a few air conditioning companies around me, so our options were limited. I finally found a Heating and Air Conditioning business 30 hours away from me, willing to not only patch up the air duct for a great adequate price, but also make the drive out to me. This location was super friendly, and the nice HVAC corporation was incredibly informative. The entire process was fairly short, and before I knew it, he was done and on his way to his next appointment. Sure enough, our house felt incredibly hot and heated afterwards, and I am thrilled the issue was resolved. Now I can kick back and relax in our nice toasty home.
