For years my sibling had been bugging me to replace my temperature control.
I never offered him a clear reason on why I didn’t want to replace.
Now looking back, I should have rather than brush him off. As a birthday gift he got me a smart temperature control. I had to act all glad as well as surprised. I told him that I would have the smart temperature control installed instantly… So here is the snag, I don’t have internet. In order for a smart temperature control to work, it needs Wi-Fi. The temperature control can be run through Wi-Fi with any smart product like a iphone, tablet or tablet… You can control the heating, air conditioning, humidity, fan speed as well as a whole mess of things right from an app. The beauty of a smart temperature control is hands free as well as the convenience of changing the Heating as well as Air Conditioning settings from anywhere. In theory I should be able to change the AC to turn on while I am at work. The temperature control could also scan for my presence as well as see me home. Then it will turn on. The temperature control should also let me suppose polluted indoor air pollen levels as well as air filter swings, then right now my temperature control can’t do anything. It is like a basic dial temperature control that I run by hand. I need to get internet now even though I don’t want it. Without any internet, my temperature control is totally worthless. So my sibling’s gift is going to cost me time, effort as well as money. I can’t tell him that I don’t want his gift though. I now need to pretend it was a nice thing.
