If you think you’ve dated a dullard, I feel for you. Well, I also dated somebody a single time who was an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist, and it was the worst. I mean, let myself and others tell you he did not ever stop talking about his job in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C! Every single day he had some new terrible story about work, that I easily did not care to hear. I could totally care less about what new units were out on the market that week, or how he had never seen an older Heating, Ventilation, and A/C appliance than he had that very morning; which must have happened almost every week! What a shocker! Really, I’m pretty positive that he wasn’t even that fantastic at performing his specialist task, because his boss was constantly yelling at him in the evening for something or other that he had either done wrong or really hadn’t done at all and was supposed to do before leaving. I couldn’t even guess that someone could talk about their daily task that much! I appreciate my task, I really appreciate serving people at the pizzeria however this HVAC talk was just out of hand. What easily made it worse was the fact that he was clearly a terrible Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist, so why did he brag about his position so often? Maybe he had to brag about his Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist task to help himself feel better after being yelled at and boost his confidence – maybe in turn that would eventually work to turn him into a better Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist and installer.
