I had a bad exchange with a client this month and I was anxious that my boss was going to write me up for my actions.
- The client called the Heating and A/C service center, because her gas furnace was not engaging at all.
Every time the girl turned on the thermostat, the gas furnace did really nothing. I have had a couple of run-ins with this certain client in the past. When the boss assigned me to this certain job, I urged him to send someone else. I knew the client was not going to be glad to see me. My boss told me that all of us do not get to option our patrons and she told me to start moving. As soon as the client saw me, she immediately requested a unusual Heating and A/C service worker. I told the client that all of us were legitimately busy and there was no 1 else to help. The girl refused to even let me come into the house. I called my boss and she was already on the iPhone with the customer. I tried to tell my boss that it was going to be a complication to send me to this certain Heating and A/C repair, although she did not suppose me. She certainly knew I was serious, after the client called to request a unusual Heating and A/C service worker. She really wasn’t going to let me onto the property after the last time all of us had a argument about the gas furnace. It’s the only time I have ever had a woman refuse to let me repair their heating or A/C equipment.
