I had a bad exchange with a buyer this week plus I was sad that my boss was going to write me up for my actions.
The buyer called the HVAC service center, because his oil furnace was not engaging at all.
Every time the guy turned on the thermostat, the oil furnace did actually nothing. I have had a couple of run-ins with this certain buyer in the past. When the boss assigned me to this certain task, I urged him to send someone else. I knew the buyer was not going to be cheerful to see me. My boss told me that we don’t get to pick our clients plus he told me to beginning moving. As soon as the buyer saw me, he immediately proposed a weird HVAC service company. I told the buyer that we were actually tied up plus there was no a single else to help. The guy refused to even let me come into the house. I called my boss plus he was already on the phone with the customer. I tried to tell my boss that it was going to be a problem to send me to this certain HVAC repair, although he did not assume me. He absolutely knew I was serious, after the buyer called to request a weird HVAC service company. He absolutely wasn’t going to let me onto the property after the last time we had a fight about the oil furnace. It’s the only time I have ever had a guy refuse to let me service their heating or A/C equipment.
