I had a terrible exchange with a client this month and I was anxious that my boss was going to write me up for my actions. The client called the Heating and A/C service center, because his gas furnace was not engaging at all. Every time the guy turned on the temperature control, the gas furnace did entirely nothing. I’ve had a couple of run-ins with this certain client in the past. When the boss assigned me to this certain job, I urged him to send someone else. I knew the client was not going to be glad to see me. My boss told me that every one of us do not get to choice our purchasers and he told me to start moving. As soon as the client saw me, he instantly requested a strange Heating and A/C service professional. I told the client that every one of us were truly stressed and there was no one else to help. The guy refused to even let me come into the house. I called my boss and he was already on the iPhone with the customer. I tried to tell my boss that it was going to be a concern to send me to this certain Heating and A/C repair, however he did not believe me. He certainly knew I was serious, after the client called to request a strange Heating and A/C service professional. He genuinely wasn’t going to let me onto the property after the last time every one of us had a fight about the gas furnace. It’s the only time I have ever had a person refuse to let me service their heating or AC equipment.
