When I first bought my condo, I had zero furniture, plus I wasn’t sure what kind of furniture I wanted for the new condo.
I looked at a few heavy, overstuffed chairs plus sofas, however they were far too big for this space.
It would have made the residing room look crowded plus stuffy. I looked at some more current kinds of furniture, although I didn’t like the wooden plus chrome look. There was a futon sofa, however when I sat down on it, I felt as if I would have permanent ridges from the wood slats beneath the cushions. I found I like the simple elegant design of contemporary furniture. It drew me to the natural color palette, which I could add splashes of red plus bright colors to make the room stand out. The lines are sleek plus the textures are smooth. The chairs, sofa, plus tables all sit on lean legs, keeping the furniture off the floor, plus giving the room a light and airy look. Since there was plenty of natural light in the rooms, all the gleaming surfaces of the contemporary home office plus wooden furniture gleamed in the light. I never liked using a lot of accessories because I hated dusting, so my rooms were consistently simple and uncluttered. I had a couple of vases lying around, plus a few chairs, or throws that would add some extra color, however the contemporary furniture was the eye candy you got when you walked into my condo. I could not wait to get all the furniture into my more current house plus put my condo together. I was going to invite my friends plus family to come over for a housewarming celebration.
