I imagine that I may be preaching to the choir here.
But, I finally reached the realization that my schedule and responsibilities are so much that I need some real assistance. I know the asking for help was more tough than the realization that it was necessary. Frankly, I was ready to hang up my cleaning lady title. Between work, getting the adolescents where they needed to be and all the other demands on my time, I just couldn’t be the maid for hire in my residence any longer. I truly had to go out and get a real maid for hire. If I didn’t every one of us were going to live in a nasty environment or I was going to lose my head. Neither of those scenarios was viable. So, I began looking for a cleaning service. I wasn’t really sure what I needed. I called a few commercial cleaning companies. But, they were more extravagant and provided more cleaning services than I truly needed. Really, I just was looking for a cleaning lady. I just didn’t even know where to find somebody for the job. After speaking to friends, I found a place online that showcased various cleaning services from individuals. The first maid for hire I interviewed was the right one. And this cleaning professional is a man! He does numerous cleaning services on the side and was looking for just a single family he could task for. The guy does everything from floor maintenance to deep cleaning. Plus, he even brings his own cleaning products. I finally have some breathing room now that I am no longer the cleaning lady. It feels fantastic. But, it feels even better to walk into a clean, well organized lake residence each and every day.
