Sometimes I wish Wintertide didn’t exist.
I guess that’s a little dire to say, since Wintertide can have its benefits, like snow days.
But most of the time, snow seems to do nothing but get in my way. A superb example is I was originally going to take a trip to an animal exhibit, but they ended up closing due to the snow being too heavy. I called my neighbor in addition to complained about the issue. My neighbor told me that she loved winter, in addition to that I was looking at it the wrong way. Instead of seeing Wintertide as something that continually gets in the way of my plans, she told me to love some of the moments of winter. Apart from all of the apparent snow angels, snowball fights etc. She told me her number one activity was to make tepid chocolate in addition to have her heating system on in addition to pouring out heat while she watched TV. With the combined heating system, tepid chocolate in addition to TV, it allows her time for her mind to relax in addition to guess at ease. She doesn’t like Summer much, because she doesn’t get that kind of time. I decided to take her advice in addition to do exactly what she said. So, the next morning I made myself a tepid chocolate, turned my heating system on in addition to sat down to watch some TV. She was absolutely right, I felt right at ease almost instantaneously, in addition to feeling the tepid chocolate in addition to my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C component melt away the cold felt incredibly relaxing, I really ended up dozing on the couch for a little while. Maybe Wintertide might not be so terrible at all, if I can get days like this week.
