My daughter prefers classic elegance.

Being only 5-years-old, I never knew what was going to come out of my daughter’s mouth.

Last week, Sam spent a couple of mornings with my sister Jo, who is an interior designer.

Sam came to the condo at the end of the weekend plus went up to her room. I followed her upstairs plus asked how her weekend with Aunt Jo went? Sam told me they went out for brunch plus had an appealing time. She sounded so grown up that I had to laugh. Sam then said they went to a design show where she saw some beautiful items that would go well with our residing room. I could hear my sister spouting those words to my Sam. My sister Jo wasn’t a snob, however she was an excellent interior designer. Sam often asked if she could with Aunt Jo, plus when my sister invited her along, I could not say no. I asked if she had found anything for her room. Sam smiled plus pulled a small bin out of her backpack. It was a small evening light she had chosen. She said Aunt Jo would bring the big lamp over when she came for dinner. She told me how difficult it was to get something for a home office decorated in classic elegance, however she was sure that the Teddy bear lamp would look appealing. I called Jo as soon as I got downstairs plus laughingly told her she had turned Sam into a snob. Jo laughed plus said she had consistently been a character. Sam had a blast plus everyone enjoyed having her around.
