My old gym had the worst air conditioning

At the beginning of this year I decided that enough was enough. I wasn’t going to let myself take the simple route and live akin to a piece of garbage anymore. For the past numerous years, I have been letting myself slide. I have not been taking enough care of myself mentally or physically, and the results have been pervasively pitiful. I believe my own mental health is slipping along with my physical health, and it was finally time to grab the bull by the horns and make large changes. But, that’s why I went out and hired a personal trainer along with a personal nutritionist in December… Since then, I’ve been finally working my fat butt off trying to get back in shape and trying to properly place everything in my life. One of the most important things that I realized was the critical nature of finding a comfortable locale to get physical exercise. For multiple years, I had an expensive gym membership that I did not use. It seems almost like every time I went to the gym, they had some kind of air conditioner failure going on. From the moment I would walk in the door, I would be drenched in sweat and struggling to breathe through the heat and humidity trapped indoors. Without AC, it was sweltering. They usually had sitting fans blowing and every corner of the gym, however this ventilation only served to blow nasty sizzling air in multiple corners of the gym. There was never satisfactory cooling or air filtration for the sweaty and dirty air being created indoors. With all of this low quality indoor air and physical discomfort, it’s no wonder I had such a problem getting to the gym. These afternoons, I splurge on a more fancy gym membership… but I can regularly count on satisfactory air conditioning.
