My wife Mandy is kind of a quitter when it comes to jobs.
I’m not trying to talk badly about her or anything, but the truth is the truth! Ever since we’ve been married, she hasn’t had the same job for more than a year at a time.
She gets very tired of doing the same thing quickly and she always wants to move on. Honestly, I’m not sure how we’ve stayed married for fifteen years! I’m glad that this part of her personality only seems to affect her work life and not her love life! Anyway, Mandy has now decided that she wants to quit her job as a receptionist at our local heating and cooling company. But this time, she’s not going to totally change fields. This time, Mandy has decided that she actually wants to go to HVAC classes and learn how to become an HVAC technician! I was pretty shocked when she came home and started talking about signing up for the heating and cooling course at our local technical school. I never would have dreamed that she would decide to become an HVAC technician. It’s a lot of work and effort to take those classes, and I hope that this time, she sticks with the profession! I don’t know why anyone would want to take the time to get certified as an HVAC professional and then stop doing the job, though. Hopefully she’ll be able to step right into another position at the HVAC company where she works and she can finally get some seniority at work!
