Nothing to worry about

Now that my family and I have been under quarantine for a couple of months we have had to find ways to stay busy and avoid driving each other crazy.

While some things have worked out much better than others, we have found that starting on DIY projects around the house has been the most fun and effective.

It helps the hours pass, the kids are learning instead of playing video games, and it’s just a good time all around. The latest project that the entire family has had a hand in is working on repairing the old air conditioning unit we have had in storage for the past ten years. Initially when I lugged this air conditioning home from the side of the road so many years ago I thought that it would be the perfect fit to run in our garage. Well I never actually got around to it, but now with quarantine in place this old air conditioning unit has proven to be a fun new project that my family has taken on. When I am working on replacing some of the smaller workings of the A/C unit my son is doing research on his phone for the best next step to take. We are like one big team that has each other’s backs, dare I say similar to your run of the mill HVAC company? Whether we are able to fully fix this A/C unit or not, the fun memories and laughter we have shared while working on this project have already made it all worth it.
