Plastic bendy ductwork saves money

When I fell into the apartment flipping company I had no system what I was doing.

That was various years ago though & now I suppose prefer an ancient pro.

My first apartment was a property I purchased at an auction. I fixed the apartment up easily nice however I had to hire specialists to do most of the toil for me, and when they were finished, I sold the apartment & made a bit of a profit. My sibling was interested in the money I was making & she knows how to do home improvements. The next apartment the two of us purchased, the two of us purchased together at auction for a easily low price. True to her word, our sibling was able to service the apartment up, mostly by himself. Together, our sibling & I have purchased & sold a few dozen houses in the past various years. It works out well for both of us. The two of us chop costs wherever the two of us can while keeping the apartment up to code & looking great, then one thing that our sibling found that helped to save a lot of money was getting plastic ductwork for the heating & ventilation systems. Most houses have metal ductwork made from sheet metal. Sheet metal is certainly taxing to toil with & it’s high-priced too. However, plastic ductwork is less high-priced & much easier to toil with. It’s more bendy too so you don’t have to buy sheet metal benders & sheet metal cutters either. Of all the cost-saving measures we’ve used, I would have to say that using the bendy plastic ductwork is the 1 the two of us use for every single house. If a apartment needs ductwork repair, the two of us don’t even bother with the metal stuff anymore.
