I don’t know how various of you have ever worked in a stressed commercial living room even though I have! It can be entirely sizzling in those! Especially if there is a lot of frying going.
A big deep fat fryer can make the air quality in a living room terrible.
I used to labor by the fryer for thirds at a time, doing french fries. The place had a commercial Heating and Air Conditioning system, but when you are right by the fryer sometimes it does not matter. Some living rooms have better cooling systems than others too. This a single was underground. I know that made it worse! The two of us could not have a separate window cooling system because every one of us were in the basement. So not only would it get sizzling in there, but the air would be thick with oil. The extractor fans can only do so much. I never even wanted to know about what the air ducts looked like either. I would just try and not know about it. There was a thermostat in the living room, even though I tried to not look at that, what fine would it do for me? The funny thing is I had fun in that task, because I was toiling with pretty cool people. The two of us would have fun on shift. Really I would rather labor in a sizzling living room without a great cooling system than in a living room with a great air-conditioning system even though I do not get along with my workmates. I have done both and I know what I prefer. I would take the fine people every time.
