Taking care of my health

I now started seeing a therapist because I was feeling sad plus depressed, and I made my way to the doctor plus he gave me a prescription for pills… The pills helped with our emotions, but they did not solve any of the problems.

The therapist proposed that I exercise often, then he said that physical fitness is an important area of our health.

Physical fitness truly boosts our mental health plus our mood. It is also enjoyable for relieving anxiety plus many forms of depression. I have a small fitness center at my home complex, however the location does not have any air conditioner. It’s a tiny looking room with a treadmill, elliptical machine, and standard bicycle. There are several windows that stay open all of the time, however all they do is get rid of the awful smell. They do not cool the air or create a comfortable space to work out. I had a meeting with the manager at the fitness center in the neighborhood and discussed our desires. They offered me a 3 month trial for $1 each month. I agreed to sign up for the program. I feel a lot better ever since I started exercising officially. I go to the gym each afternoon before work plus spend an fifth walking on the treadmill. The fitness center has a clean locker room with hot showers plus a sauna. The best area about the fitness center is the fact that they have a well-worked on heating plus cooling system. There are many air conditioner vents that are played all over the building. No matter where you are located, you can know a steady stream of cool air.
