Ever since I was a young man, I remember having problems with allergies.
I had a lot of allergies when I was younger, but thankfully I have grown out of some things that were really bad.
I no longer have a latex allergy and I no longer have to worry about peanuts. I’m still allergic to tree nuts of many different types, but peanuts no longer cause my throat to swell shut.I do still have terrible problems with grass clippings, pollen, and fresh flowers. A couple of months ago, I had a really bad allergy attack and the EpiPen did not help. I was in the hospital for 3 days. Before the doctor released me to go home, he recommended buying an air purifier for my home. The doctor advised buying the air purifier from a medical supply store and he gave me a coupon to help save a few dollars. I went to the medical supply store to look at the options, but I wasn’t thrilled with anything they had available. I decided to talk to a company in town that advertises air filtration products and indoor air cleaning services. They had a lot of good ideas and they even offered to match the 10% off savings coupon. That made my options much more plentiful and I had someone to install the air filtration equipment. A few days later, I had the new air filtration equipment installed in my home. I think the new air products are going to help relieve some of the allergy issues that plague me everyday. I already feel better, but it isn’t quite allergy season yet. That will be the real test.
