Everyone at the company has been laboring easily hard to make the locale a success; This year the company has doubled in size and my good friend and I have had to hire several up-to-date heating and cooling service specialists; I wanted to do something to show all of the staff that I was glad and proud with the labor that they have been doing; My fiance recommended my good friend and I have a picnic for almost everyone on the crew.
I thought a picnic was a fantastic idea and it turned out to be a big success.
My buddy and I contacted a local food vendor that sells and distributes barbecue from a food truck. My buddy and I got the barbecue food truck and a few more food trucks out to the household and my good friend and I had a big picnic on a Friday. My buddy and I had games and prizes for kids and almost everyone could bring their family. I was glad to see every single one of the New Heating and Cooling specialists at the get-together. It was a fantastic time for people to come together and get to know one another. The get-together lasted all day and my good friend and I didn’t shut down until it was starting to get dark. I know a get-together is a fantastic way to show all of the staff that they are doing a fantastic job. I know that the heating and cooling specialists would also appreciate a bonus and I am laboring on that for christmas. My buddy and I should have enough money to do something easily nice for the staff again in six months; All of the hard labor is noticeable when sales and repairs are skyrocketing.
