Winter is actually my least favorite time of the entire year, and I easily do not prefer saying that I don’t like things off the cuff….
however winter, oh Winter I hate.
I cannot ever understand why anybody would ever desire to live in such a miserable and pessimistic climate for at least half of the year. The snow is unsafe to drive in, the wind is just bitterly cold, it is dreary out 90% of the time with heavy winds and thick clouds, yuck! I have lived where it was Winter and can’t picture myself happily doing it again, however if I did, I would have some stipulations first. One of which is having a heated driveway! I do not want to be regularly paying someone to plow my driveway, nor do I want to have to shovel it first thing every morning. Therefore, I would need a heated driveway so that the falling snow would just melt away on it’s on while in a blizzard as it falls, and there would be no build up, no shoveling, just a perfectly drivable driveway! My hubby and I both have close family up North and periodically he wishes every one of us lived closer to all of them, however the conversation constantly comes back to how I would immediately need a heated driveway and how he guesses it is too expensive and not worth it in the end! How crazy is he, thinking it would not be worth it?
