Bought a dehumidifier for the washroom

I have to admit, I’m the style of person who gets absolutely overwhelmed and loses track of her life.

  • I tend to find myself getting upset and overloaded throughout the year.

At a certain point, I completely give up on everything I need to accomplish. This is tploy when it comes to our household responsibilities and especially taking care of myself, but recently, I realized that I was falling into our old depressive trap again. The realization came to myself and others on the day that I noticed our indoor air pollen levels was suffering greatly. It felt tepid and humid in our house no matter what room I went into. Then, I started seeing the mold. It looks enjoy every air vent was surrounded by a dark patch of mold or mildew. I eventually traced to the root of the issue back to our washroom. This is when I made an unfortunate connection between our lack of self-care and our failing indoor air pollen levels. All of the times that I was too overwhelmed to pay attention to myself resulted and taking drastically long and tepid showers to decompress. The heat and humidity from the washroom air was causing a lot of indoor mildew and mold growth. That’s the moment when I realized I was going to have to take better care of everything, starting with our indoor air pollen levels. I called out the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C serviceman and had him install a dehumidifier for our washroom. Now, at least I can take our good showers without worrying about giving myself unhealthy indoor air. One less thing to get depressed about.
