Corporate wellness now that business is booming

Due to the coronavirus, a lot more people are ordering online and that means more packages are shipped. I work in a major warehouse that grabs, packages and loads items onto trucks about to be shipped out. My job is very physical. It has become apparent in the last few years the staff has put on significant amounts of weight. Nobody was willing to address the elephant in the room. The company just allowed the men to move slower, have trouble squatting down and getting back up. With the virus upping production, it is more obvious that the health of our staff is hindering productivity. Our company also has more money to throw around due to COVID-19. The company has paired up with a core progression to do a corporate wellness program. It is required for every staff member to report to the body wellness center at least three days a week after work. However, five days a week the gym membership is free. The other two days a week will only be 25% of what gym fees normally should be. I also can get my wife working out with a 50% of gym membership. I go every single day because it is cheap and good for my job. I also am worried the corporate wellness program might not last, so I want to get everything I can out of it. I love doing personal training rather than wandering around a gym too. I have a fitness routine catered to what I need to develop to be more productive on the job.
