Having chai tea on holiday

When traveling to a foreign country it is constantly hard increasing to the language, foods and drinks, then i recently traveled to a country where tap water wasn’t safe to drink.

It would only be nice if you boiled it, and since I did not want to drink hot water by itself, I started trying out some tea. I began drinking chai tea while on holiday. It got some liquid into me and it was basically all I could drink, and after I started drinking around several cups a day, I then looked online at the benefits of drinking chai tea. I was distraught about what I was putting into my body, then turns out, drinking chai tea is undoubtedly quite healthy for you. There are many health benefits to drinking hot tea, for one, it improves digestion. I liked reading up about that since when I travel and eat foregin food, my tummy tends to get angry. I did notice that I seemed to be in better spirits, it must have been thanks to the tea. The tea is also used to relieve aches and pains due to it reduces inflammation in the body, but most people with arthritis drink chai tea. I however enjoyed the chai tea due to all the walking I did. I walked to the point of sore legs, hips and feet. I was ecstatic to see the chai tea was helping out with those travel pains. Finally, the other benefit of chai tea I read and liked was that it improves heart health by lowering bad cholesterol. That is never a bad thing to hear!
