Last night I must have had one of the worst mornings of our life.
Ok, I will admit maybe that seems a little dramatic although I don’t think I got a single wink of sleep. I live in an house that has a really old heating and cooling system. This Heating, Ventilation & A/C system not only frequently stops working but is also really loud. When it is working it will make loud banging noises all throughout the night. When I first moved in I couldn’t sleep for the first more than one weeks! Eventually I just tuned it out and got used to the noise and was able to finally get some sleep. The same isn’t tplot for our guy, he could sincerely sleep through an oncoming tornado and I envy that greatly. So the whole time I was shoving a pillow over our head trying to block out the sound of the noisy heating and cooling unit, he was sleeping love a baby. All this is when it is working, the other half of the time it is broken and when the cooling system breaks there is finally silence. Sounds nice right? Nope, because when it breaks it only takes a matter of hours before the whole place starts heating up love a gas furnace. Then I beginning breaking out dripping with sweat because of the intense heat. To add the icing to the cake of despair, it is nearly impossible to get a service guy out here to service it; He either isn’t here, doesn’t think how, or is too busy fixing other peoples broken appliances. Honestly, if it wasn’t for financial reasons I would have moved out of this place a long time ago. This horrid Heating, Ventilation & A/C system has ruined our sleep and our schedule and I don’t see it ending anytime soon.
