Good health starts with regular exercise and nutritious eating habits.

It’s essential to work the body and mind every day.

A dedicated fitness routine can improve range of motion and strength. It helps to fight off injury and avoid illness. It is great for alleviating stress. A nutritious diet is built from fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Eating right is good for healthy teeth, bones, skin and the circulatory system. I also make time to meditate every day. This helps with mental and spiritual health. A lot of people think that it is a waste of time to sit in a room without any noise and simply concentrate on tranquility. However, I find that I suffer fewer headaches, sleep better at night and enjoy a more positive outlook because of it. I adhere to a fitness routine that includes stretching, strength training, balance exercises and strength training. Each day I spend about 30 minutes on high impact cardio exercise. I work my heart and lungs. I make sure to push myself to the point of breathing hard and exhaustion. Although it can be difficult to get started, I always feel way better after my workout. I have more energy and a better day. While I have seen my peers struggle with weight gain, depression and physical problems, I have not slowed down. I still look and feel young. I’ve maintained my weight. I know that is because I take good care of my body. I can’t imagine why anyone would go without working out when it makes such a difference.
