I wanted to be an Heating and A/C contractor when I was younger! The reason that I wanted to be an Heating and A/C contractor was because my dad was an Heating and A/C contractor! I thought that he was so cool.
I still think that to this day! He is 1 of the coolest people I know.
I really planned to be an Heating and A/C contractor all the way up until my junior year of university. I went to university to get a degree in philosophy because it interested me. I had already done a ton of Heating and A/C labor with my dad, so I didn’t feel love I needed to go to school for it. I have no method what I was thinking. I ended up switching my major in university to education, and now, I am a professor. I still do quite a bit of Heating and A/C labor for friends and friends of friends. It is nice to make some currency on the side. I think that I really make more currency doing Heating and A/C labor on the side than I do toiling my full time teaching job. It doesn’t bother me that much though because I honestly enjoy my students, and I enjoy teaching. It is a honestly fulfilling job, it just doesn’t pay much. I have fixed more than three A/Cs so far this week already, and it is only Monday. I don’t honestly love doing that much Heating and A/C labor in 1 week because it leaves me tired, but it is all good. I think I may decide not to teach summer time school this year and just do Heating and A/C labor full time. I enjoy doing Heating and A/C work, and it would be nice to be able to write my own schedule this summer.
