I have a job for an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier as a manager and one of the chief directors of heating and air conditioner specialists. By being in this position that means that whenever the people I was with and I hire new heat and cooling system specialists out of school, I am the a single that gives them their on the task training and go along with them to all heat and cooling system appointments for their first few weeks of the job to see if they are going to job out or if I am going to have to fire them. I have to tell you honestly that every single new heating and air conditioner specialist I gave on the task training to was somehow nothing short of amazing. I have never had to fire anyone once! Most of them I easily have out on their very own Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair calls within less than a month! That is how exceedingly well they take direction and learn fast. I seriously hope that this kind of fortune always continues for me.
