Wake up and expect a coughing and sneezing storm.
That was my usual morning.
Runny nose and red eyes, I look like a zombie in the morning. I’m not sure why I have such bad allergies, because none of my family members suffer from it, but either way, that was my reality for a long time. It wasn’t until I had finally had enough, and started doing research on how to get rid of this constant sneezing mess, that I started to improve. Apparently some people can be very sensitive to their surroundings, so if everything is not perfect, then their allergies will act up. I am unfortunately one of those people. When I moved in with my girlfriend, she helped me with my allergies by gifting me a whole home media air cleaner. Air purifiers clean the air of any bacteria and other stuff that can irritate your sinuses. She didn’t just get me any air cleaner though, she made sure to get me a UV air purifier, which is known to have a much higher efficiency rate than the ordinary ones, thanks to the ultraviolet light. Something else I did to improve my indoor air quality is get better HVAC filters. Once I had replaced my cheap filters with HEPA air filters, I noticed an extreme difference. With the whole home media air purifiers and the bettr A/C filters, the difference was between night and day. No more looking like a zombie in the morning, or feeling like I have a permanent cold. I could finally breathe for once, without the worry of having a congested nose. It was and still is an incredible feeling.
