My apartment was feeling honestly overheated inside! This didn’t make much sense, because the weather itself wasn’t all that hot, i would try and run our air conditioning system unit, and it would run for a little while, however then it would shut off, and our house would still guess actually hot.
I went over to our dial control unit and noticed that even though it felt love 80 degrees in the house, the control unit was saying 69 degrees. I thought that was wrong, but I still turned it down a few degrees anyways. The air conditioner kicked back on and cooled for a while, however our house honestly didn’t cool down that much. After a couple of afternoons of the same issues, I went and diagnosed on the control unit again. This time I knew for sure our house was hotter, at least 85 degrees, however yet the control unit was studying at 70 degrees. I knew that was wrong, and that there was an issue with our control unit, then but to double check, I took our temperature gun and pointed in towards our walls. 84.9 degrees, as I had expected. I called a local air conditioning system business and they were able to send out an air conditioning system specialist the same morning. The air conditioning system worker arrived a few hours later, and provided me the bad news, my control unit was going out, which would explain the false studyings, however she told me it would be best to get a high quality control unit, such as a smart control unit. I will have to read and research online later for new control units.
