Have you ever met someone who is just rough with everything, including the things they owned? My friend is just like that. He recently bought a new phone, and he has only had it for a few months, and it already has a large crack in the screen. I recommend getting a case to prevent this from happening, but he doesn’t see the point. It seems that everything he owns, he ends up breaking at some point or another. Lately it has been this way with his heating and air conditioning system. Yes, even his HVAC machine is not spared. He has somehow managed to break his A/C device, and if I were to guess why, it is because he never took HVAC maintenance or A/C tune ups very seriously. Nor did he clean out the air filter all that often. Basically, he did everything you weren’t supposed to do with the heating and cooling machine. He was just very careless with the entire heat and A/C unit. Well, now he is paying for it, quite literally. Last I talked to him, he was telling me about how he was having his heat and A/C machine replaced and getting a new one installed instead. Although the heat and air conditioning device is not a living being, I can’t help but to feel sorry for anything he owns, as it’s not going to be well taken care of. I give it another 5-8 years, before he needs another heating and A/C machine.
