That’s when the universe took over, and the realtor called with some news. She had found him the right house, and she knew he’d love it. It was almost winter, and Oliver had no time to waste choosing a heating system. He went to town to speak with an HVAC vendor about the right heating system for his home. The HVAC vendor asked him to choose between heat pumps, boiling systems, and furnaces. These heating systems would keep the house warm all winter, provided Oliver got a good HVAC company to handle the installation. Oliver wanted to know how each unit worked and what issues he could encounter. After listening to the HVAC vendor for some time, Oliver chose to go ahead with the heat pump installation. The unit was good to use in winter and summer, making it unnecessary to purchase a cooling system.
