Eventually the guy was at her door and managed to complete the tasks fast
Donna isn’t happy when she calls for maintenance work and the crew is tardy. This happened to her last week when she phoned her local heating and air conditioning company to schedule an HVAC tune up plus check up for her central heat & a/c unit. Donna had the time set for 2.30pm on a Monday when she got to the beach house from work. The heating and air conditioning company was overwhelmed and Donna had to wait for an hour before they showed up. She was not glad about this. She had other things to do when she got to the beach house from her job and this put her back majorly. The rest of her evening was terrible. Donna thinks it wasn’t the heating and air conditioning dealer’s fault because plans change and a heating & cooling repair could take longer than expected. But she still does not care for it when she’s the person who ends up with the repair guy being tardy. Especially when it was an hour later when the heating and air conditioning specialist that was supposed to do her heat & a/c tune up plus check up. Eventually the guy was at her door and managed to complete the tasks fast. Donna got the heating & a/c tune up that she needed, however the rest of the night was spent running all over doing things she was supposed to finish earlier. Things do change, and Donna had to deal with that fact.
