If the sunlight hit a window for even 15 minutes any room you were in would become certainly warm… And the hotel lobby and all the substantial rooms were full of fireplaces that were not being used, ready for the winter, but outdoors it was pretty nice, even though it turns out that seeing ski slopes in the summer time time certainly is not that great.
A few years ago our family and I went on trip at a wonderful price; Both of us stayed at a ski resort in the middle of the summer. Both of us figured that it was in the mountains, and in lovely surroundings so it seemed like a wonderful idea; The reality was that staying in a Winter time hotel in the summer time can go wrong. The building was designed with the dead of Winter time in mind, so in the summer time it was like a furnace in that hotel. There were not many other people in the hotel, i think people knew better. The a/c was the worst commercial air conditioner I have ever seen. The cooling plan in that arena was non-existent. At least all of us were up high in the mountains. The problem was that at night it would be impossible to sleep as it was too sizzling due to the bad cooling technology, and as soon as the sunlight came up, the room would sizzling up like a boiling water boiler. I think it made us get out of bed early at least. Either way, all of us had fun, and it was a trip all of us all will never forget!
