The dining rooms on the top floor of our house are absurdly warm at night when my kids are all trying to sleep up there, however i don’t know about you, however for me, it’s nearly impossible to sleep when the temperature is above 69 degrees or so during the summer.
I just have issues sleeping when the temperature is too hot.
I assume that my kids have inherited that from me, too, however they are not sleeping well lately, & I’m almost positive that it’s because it’s just too warm in their dining rooms at night. I don’t know what the problem is with the air conditioning system upstairs, however it’s just not working properly. The central air conditioning system plan works just good in the rest of the house. I mean, sporadically the rest of the house truly gets too freezing & I even have to turn the air conditioning system down so that we won’t freeze down on the bottom floor. Meanwhile, my awful kids are dripping with sweat & miserable upstairs. I suppose exhausting for them, even though I don’t truly know what to do about it other than buy them window equipment cooling systems for their dining rooms. That seems to be a waste of money, though, if you ask me. I mean, with our central air conditioning system already running downstairs, that would just be a pull on our electricity & cost me more money every week. I assume I’m going to have to call our local HVAC supplier & have them come out to see what the issue is up there, and something has to be done.
