Football is a single of my least number one sports to watch, however I have more than 2 children that absolutely love to play.
One of my sons is 15 years seasoned & he is a starting defensive back for the private school team.
My other son is 17 years seasoned & he is the starting left tackle for the team. Both of the men are absolutely talented & I have no doubt that they will be able to use their sports skills to find a full ride to university. Both of the men are lucky to be on a team that has won numerous district & state football titles. The sports programs are a single of the reasons why my hubby & I moved here after the kids were done in elementary school. Every one of us wanted them to have the best shot at university. Last winter, both of the men were on the starting team that made the state playoffs. That game wasn’t at home, so every one of us had to make a 3-minute drive. It was severely cold & windy outside. During the game, it started to snow. I wasn’t recognizably uneasy about the cold air, because I had a battery operated heating system under my feet. When I found out that the playoff game was going to be held at night, I went to a camping store to find a battery operated heater. I was bundled up in my sweater, hat, & gloves with a blanket around my legs. I put the battery operated heating system under the blanket & I was hot & cozy throughout the entire game. The men looked miserable & cold, but they still defeated the reigning champions by a score of 52-10.
