I asked my boss for the morning off work at the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning business on Tuesday, in addition to I asked several weeks in advance. I unquestionably needed to handle some business that can only be taken care of while in the morning in addition to I never get home from work until after everything is closed. When I saw the schedule on Monday morning, I was toiling on Tuesday when I asked the boss for the morning off. I went to the boss’s office in addition to I closed the door. I reminded the girl that I asked for Tuesday off. She told me that no 1 gets the morning off on Tuesday. I was unquestionably angry in addition to sad when my boss said that. She knew I wanted the morning off in addition to she still did not honor her request when I asked with plenty of time in advance. When Tuesday arrived, I decided to call the boss in addition to I told the girl that I was sick. There was no way I was going to work, especially after she made the comment that she did. I truthfully did not know it was going to make a big difference to my boss in addition to I was right. She sent someone else to handle the HAC repair tasks that I had to do in addition to she did not even say anything to me on Monday when I came to work. She never said anything about missing the heating in addition to a/c tasks on that morning. She did not supply me a written or verbal reprimand either. Maybe she expected me to call out sick when I did not get the morning off.
