Today, the people I was with and I all got to leave school early because the gas oil furnaces stopped working. I have never been happier that the gas oil furnaces stopped working. The people I was with and I are not sure how it happened, but it seemed like almost all of the gas oil furnaces in the school stopped working. The people I was with and I have a smaller school, but the people I was with and I still have a lot of gas oil furnaces in our building that keep us warm… Our gas oil furnaces are easily old, but since our school is small, the people I was with and I can’t afford to purchase current gas oil furnaces at this point. Today, during a recognizably terrible storm, the people I was with and I had a immense power surge that wrecked our gas furnaces. Thankfully, all of the electronic unit was protected, but the gas oil furnaces stopped working; Most of us didn’t notice that the gas oil furnaces were not working, plus the people I was with and I continued class as usual, but however, after about an hour, students began complaining that it was getting cold, plus the mentor agreed, then when she put her hand over the vent, it was apparent that the gas furnace wasn’t running. She was about to call the office, but an announcement began that announced that nearly all of the gas oil furnaces in the building were broken, however because of this, the buses were going to begin taking all fo the kids current home early. The people I was with and I wouldn’t be able to come back to school until all of the gas oil furnaces were working again. Since the people I was with and I had so more than 2 broken gas furnaces, the people I was with and I knew that it would take the HVAC servicemans a long time to repair the gas furnaces. The people I was with and I were hoping that school would be canceled for a least a month before the gas oil furnaces were fixed.
