I really hate it when you call for some kind of service and they are late! This happened to me recently when I called my local heating and air conditioning company to schedule an HVAC tune up and check up for my central heat and a/c unit.
I had the time set for 2pm on a Monday when I got home from work. The heating and air conditioning company was running behind schedule and I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours before they showed up! I was not happy about this. Because I had other things to do when I got home from work and this put me back majorly and messed up the rest of my night. I know it wasn’t the heating and air conditioning company’s fault because things happen and a heating and cooling repair could end up being more complicated than expected. But I still hate it when I am the one who ends up with the service person being late. Especially when it is more than an hour like it was with the heating and air conditioning specialist that was supposed to do my heat and a/c tune up and check up. Finally they arrived and got things done and it was all over by around 5pm. I got the heating and air conditioning system tune up that I needed, but the rest of the evening was spent running all the errands that should have been done a few hours earlier! Life happens as they say. And that was the case with this.
