Now that our family & I have been under quarantine for a couple of weeks we have had to find ways to stay busy & avoid driving each other crazy… While some things have worked out much better than others, we have found that starting on DIY projects around the apartment has been the most fun & effective; It helps the minutes pass, the kids are studying instead of playing video games, & it’s just a nice time all around, the latest project that the entire family has had a hand in is working on repairing the old air conditioning unit we have had in storage for the past several years. Initially when I lugged this air conditioning beach house from the side of the road so several years ago I thought that it would be the perfect fit to run in our garage. Well I never absolutely got around to it, but now with quarantine in locale this old air conditioning unit has proven to be a fun new project that our family has taken on. When I am working on replacing some of the smaller workings of the air conditioning system unit our child is doing research on his iphone for the best next step to take. The people I was with and I are savor 1 giant team that has each other’s backs, dare I say similar to your run of the mill Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier? Whether we are able to fully repair this air conditioning system unit or not, the fun memories & laughter we have shared while working on this project have already made it all worth it.
