A personal trainer makes the difference

I have been working with the personal trainer three times per week for nearly two years now

For several years, I attempted to handle my weight on my own. I was conscientious about working out every morning. I tried to eat healthy. I experimented with all sorts of workout and diet fads. Although I was never unhealthy or chubby, I wasn’t satisfied with my body shape. I could not seem to shed the extra pounds centered around my waist and settled in my thighs. As years went by, it became even more difficult to just maintain that weight. I’ve been a member of the same gym for almost ten years. I was working out for an hour at the gym three or four days per week. I had noticed the flyers advertising the services of various personal trainers but never paid them much attention. Getting desperate, I eventually called plus set up a consultation with one of them. The personal trainer began by asking for information. Along with waned my age, she wanted to know about any injuries or health concerns I’d dealt with. She asked about my immediate plus long-range goals. When she designed a workout for me, I wasn’t expecting it to be so challenging. I worried that I wasn’t going to survive that initial training session. I’ve never exercised so hard in my life. I could hardly breathe at some points. I kept expecting her to offer me a rest period. I thought we might quit early when I was purple in the face and wheezing. She kept me the whole hour and never let up. I was so sore after that session, it was painful to comb my hair. I knew there was no way I could achieve the same level of results on my own. Although the training sessions were tough, I looked forward to them. I gave it my all, and it didn’t take long before I started to see some improvement in the mirror. I have been working with the personal trainer three times per week for nearly two years now. I wish I would have started personal training much sooner.
