Adding heated flooring to the powder room?

I have gutted our powder room down to the bare bones.

  • There is just plywood, studs as well as insulation showing.

It is honestly exciting getting the powder room to that point as well as knowing I can do anything with it. I have a lot of grand plans as well as I have already begun buying things for the space. I have the new toilet as well as seat ready to be installed. I purchased a powder room ventilation fan that has an LED light as well as a humidity control sensor. I just leave the fan on as well as once it finds moisture in the air quality, it begins running. I purchased our valve, trim kit as well as drain for the shower as well. It has put a dent in our finances however it will be worth it in the end. I am wondering if I want to add heated flooring. The cost will be quite a bit however in the end, it may be worth it. I already have the flooring ripped up. It would be straight-forward to pick up the electric heated mats at the local hardware store. I then lay the mats on the cement board as well as then our new cement goes on top. I could have equal heating throughout our entire powder room. It would be nice to use the powder room in the middle of the night as well as have heated feet, but my shower floor then would be heated as well since our room will all be a single equal floor. I believe it would be a absolutely classy, nice touch. Is it worth all the extra money as well as time though?
