When I was driving to work the other day I came across the most interesting sight on the highway.
I have seen flatbeds carrying brand new cars before. But what I have never seen is a flatbed carrying a ton of central heating and air conditioning systems! There was a traffic hold up at one point so I had a chance to really check this out as the truck with the flatbed of central heating and air conditioning systems was right next to me. It was very cool to see how these monster central heating and cooling units were neatly stacked inside this flatbed on a delivery truck. I would assume that these central heating and air conditioning systems were being delivered to some HVAC supplier or independent heat and a/c specialist in the area. That would be the only thing to explain such a large load of central heating and air conditioning systems being hauled through a flatbed on one small delivery truck. The traffic eventually let up and everything was moving again. I thought about how awesome that was getting to see a flatbed carrying all of those central heating and air conditioning systems. Then I was on my way home for the day. Imagine that. A truck carrying tons and tons of central heating and air conditioning systems. I wonder how much it all actually weighed? Probably more than I could even think about! That must have cost a fortune for whoever ordered all of those central heating and air conditioning units!
