We are currently doing some major renovations on our lake house. We are redoing the washroom, the family room and the dining room. This was an immense investment and there’s lots of work involved. But, our friends are helping since we are trying to do as much as we can ourselves with minimal help from construction companies. We had to use them only twice. The next thing that must be done as part of this home renovation is purchasing a modern central HVAC system. We’ve been shopping around to try to find the best priced and most energy efficient central HVAC unit. It’s not easy finding the right HVAC system for our lake house. Locating the right HVAC system can’t take an hour or two. We have been shopping around for weeks and still haven’t found the right HVAC system for our lake house as of yet. We are looking for a unit with a certain SEER rating and style. We may ask for advice from our local heating & air conditioning system specialist to see what they can suggest based on what we’re looking for in a central HVAC system. We have faith that we will find the right central HVAC system soon and finalize renovating the lake house.
